Are items sold in pairs?

Dealing with damaged or faulty products
In the rare event of receiving a damaged or faulty order, rest assured, we've got you covered with our hassle-free process:
For Damaged Items:
Contact our dedicated customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and, if possible, provide photos of the affected item.
For Faulty Products:
If any issues arise within the warranty period, reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a clear description of the problem. We'll walk you through the next steps, which may involve troubleshooting, providing replacement parts, or even exchanging the product.

Understanding Import Duties
Import Duties
Here are the thresholds for some popular destinations:
- USA: Goods value exceeding 800 USD are subject to duties.
- Europe: Goods value exceeding 150 EUR are subject to duties.
- Canada: Goods value exceeding 20 CAD are subject to duties.
- Australia: Goods value exceeding 1000 AUD are subject to duties.
- UAE: Goods value exceeding 1000 AED are subject to duties.
Modifying or cancelling your order
At Handle Shop Couture, we take prompt action on your orders to ensure swift dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. Here's what you should know:
Modifying Your Order:
If you require any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind that modifications cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the production or dispatch process.
Cancelling Your Order:
Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to our customer service team without delay. If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we will happily cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if your order is made-to-order or already dispatched, cancellation may not be feasible. In such instances, please refer to our returns and refunds policy for further assistance.
Why are certain items non-returnable?
Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets, faucets, showers are made to order.
Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition.
Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage in addition to avoiding high return costs.
Can I customise the length of my handles?
Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles. Otherwise our edge pulls and long cabinet handles can be cut locally by a professional/contractor with the suitable equipment.
