The quality is really good and solid, and the design is absolutely delicate. Toggles are also "satisfying" to use !
There would be just one small command regarding the tolerances for the screws making is a little difficult to properly adjust and align with the holes you need to screw in. But really feasible, it's absolutely not a reason of giving less than 5/5 !

The sheer joy and fulfillment I get from uso g this switch is unmatched. The hefty weight and sound of the “click “ of the lever is perfection. It’s beautiful and not cheap feeling or looking . I want these in everything switch of my home. I will have to be patient though as it is not a cheap product. But it will be worth the price tag.

The hardware looks and feels nice. The dimmer works and doesn’t flicker or phase but the dimming action is a little jumpy. But that might be the light ballasts. One of my switches is wired with another one so I have to figure out a way to make it work with a 3 way wire.

Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Can I pair products from different collections?
To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. Why are certain items non-returnable?
Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.
Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
Can I customise the handle length?
Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles.
