Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
Once you have placed an order, you can no longer change it. You can change your contact details and delivery details by logging in to the customer portal. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible, however if the order is already being processed we may not be able to cancel it.
RETURNS FOR NON-MADE TO ORDER & RETURNABLE ITEMS
- For all change of mind returns made:
- Within 14 days of receiving the order: a full refund will be issued to your method of purchase, minus a 20% administration fee for manual inspecting, polishing and re-packaging costs.
- More than 14 days but less than 30 days after receiving the order: a store credit to the value of the purchase will be issued to you, minus a 20% administration fee for manual inspecting, polishing and re-packaging costs.
- 30 or more days after receiving the order: returns will not be accepted. You are responsible for arranging shipment and any related postage fees for us to post your returns back, as we are unable to offer a return option or accept any returns after 30 days have passed.
- Return Inspection: All returns are inspected upon receipt. Non-compliant returns will be rejected.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items which are made to order and are non-returnable.
- Items part of our following collections are non-returnable and are final sale:
- "Long Cabinet Pull Handles"
- "Concealed Handles"
- "Door Handles"
- "Locks & Latches"
- "Double-Sided Pulls"
- "Entrance Door Handles"
- "Sliding + Barn Door Mechanisms"
- “Light Switches & Outlets”
- "Sale / clearance"
Return Process
- Initiation: For exchanges, email customer service at info@handleshopcouture.com to start the return process.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for the safe return of the package. Items damaged in transit will be rejected for return due to non-compliance.
- Shipping Address: Only use the return shipping address provided, or return shipping label. Do not send purchases back to the distribution point. Failure to adhere will result in rejection of refund.
- Shipping Charges: All customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns are to be made to our warehouse in China
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your order, please email info@handleshopcouture.com with your order number and return request. We are happy to offer an express replacement for any faulty products.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned/refunded:
- The initial delivery and shipping costs which also applies to order where we offer complimentary shipping.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- VAT/Customs fees charged at time of import / at time of return to us
- Any item that has been modified beyond its original specification.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has been customised to your specification.
- Any item that is made to order.
- All items listed under "NON RETURNABLE ITEMS"
REFUNDS
- Processing Time: Allow up to at least least thirty (30) days from receipt of your item to process your return.
- Credit Cycle: Refunds may take 3-12 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
- Notification: You will be notified by email once your return is processed.
