If you love natural wood look with the metal accent then you will love these. Wife and I had these installed on the newly painted kitchen cabinets for a more bespoke look and we love the unique variations in each handle. Only downside is they come with only 1 size screw length so with premade draw boxes our installer had to recess the screw. Also, it's not a standard screw diameter and thread so box store screws were not the best replacement. Additionally working with customer service was fantastic. We had a slight hiccup in the first order and they handled expeditiously and without any headaches. I have already put in multiple orders here.

Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Can I pair handles from different collections?
To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting all your handles from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes. By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. If you have further questions or need assistance in matching, our customer service team is always here to help!
Why are certain items non-returnable?
Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.
Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
Can I customise the handle length?
Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles.
