We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.

Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
