Shipping will occur within 3 - 5 working days from the date of your order, except for custom-made orders and entrance handles.

Return Policy:
- To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving it.
- For a successful return, please ensure that the item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

Can I buy samples and return them if they are not suitable?Yes - just order your samples as desired and then return any unwanted items to our return address and we'll issue a refund.
Can I have a discount for a large order?We have discounts for new customers signing up to join us. We also have discounts for trade orders and large orders - please visit our trade page or get in touch via our live messenger, email info@handleshopcouture.com
Can I visit a showroom and look at the products?We are online only at the moment, but you are welcome to order samples and then return them for a full refund if they are not suitable. We also have a number of distributors in the UAE and the USA which stock a limited range of our products available for viewing. Please get in touch for further details.
Are knobs and handles sold in pairs?
All of our items are sold individually, except where clearly marked (Such as all entrance handles) as a set either in the product title, description or product specifications. If you are still unsure, please get in touch with our support team.
Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Can I pair products from different collections?
To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. If you have further questions or need assistance in matching, our customer service team is always here to help!
Why are certain items non-returnable?
Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.
Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
Can I customise the handle length?
Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles.
