Import Duties

Here are the thresholds for some popular destinations:

• USA: Goods value exceeding 800 USD are subject to duties.
• Europe: Goods value exceeding 150 EUR are subject to duties.

Cancelling Your Order:

If your order has not been processed or dispatched, we will happily cancel it and provide a full refund. However, if your order is made-to-order or already dispatched, cancellation may not be feasible. In such instances, please refer to our returns and refunds policy for further assistance.

Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition.

Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage in addition to avoiding high return costs.

Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles. Otherwise our edge pulls and long cabinet handles can be cut locally by a professional/contractor with the suitable equipment.
