Shipping policy

Our products are made to order and processed within 3 - 8 days* from your order date. If you require your order to be expedited in both production and shipping please get in touch with our customer service prior to ordering. Due to circumstances beyond our control such as delivery schedules of third-party services, your order may take longer to process.

We ship to 180+ countries worldwide with standard air shipping. Quoted days are standard business days, unless weekend delivery is available. 

Shipping’s is free over $150 with the exception of long handles & clearance items. Shipping to the rest of the world is flat rate depending on your total order value and items.

Made-to-Order Products

Our made-to-order items are crafted in our workshop in Hong-Kong. Therefore, all made-to-order products are shipped directly from there to your doorstep, regardless of where you are in the world.

In-Stock Products

All standard products will ship from our warehouse in Hong-Kong subject to availability.
Remember, no matter where we're shipping from, we always aim to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

 

Import Duties 

For customers outside the listed country’s, import duties may still apply depending on your country's customs regulations. Here are the thresholds for some popular destinations:

  • USA:We ship to the U.S. using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means all duties and taxes are covered by us. Please note that while your tracking number is active, it will only begin updating once the package clears U.S. customs. This can sometimes take a few days. Rest assured, your order has been shipped and is in transit even if the final mile label appears inactive at first.

    If your tracking link appears inactive or unchanged for several days, it does not mean your order hasn’t shipped—it simply indicates that it is still in transit to or waiting to be cleared by customs. Once cleared, the tracking will update with the final mile carrier’s information and continue through to delivery.

  • Canada: Goods value exceeding 20 CAD are subject to duties.
  • European Union (EU): Goods value exceeding 150 EUR are subject to duties.
  • United Kingdom (UK): Goods value exceeding 135 GBP are subject to duties.

  • Australia: Goods value exceeding 1000 AUD are subject to duties.

     

These charges aren't included in our prices and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

*Exceptions apply to entrance door handles as they are made to order.
