The toggle handle features a unique cross knurled design, providing a comfortable grip and adding a touch of sophistication. Its diamond cut pattern adds an extra layer of elegance and visual interest to the switch.

The dimmer switch utilizes thyristor dimming technology, designed for adjusting the brightness of dimmable LED lights and incandescent bulbs. It is not compatible with standard LED bulbs

Installs directly onto existing US Standard 4 gang electrical boxes in as little as 5 minutes.

Return Policy:
- To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving it.

Thanks for a beautiful product!
Product was lovely and well built when an issue arrived you all have handled it with swiftness and I appreciate that care. A knob was stripped on the 6 gang brass light switch and we needed longer screws. Brian settled the issue with replacing the knob and settling on a new price for longer screws. Thanks so much!

We ordered these products in advance of our new home being constructed. We love the look. Hopefully they work well when we finally get them installed. We are a few months out before we could even get to that point. They are beautiful though and seem to be well crafted

These elevate the room!
We had a $70 ,000 piece of marble for our kitchen countertops and backsplash so we didn’t dare use plastic light switches. These switches were perfect and really helped to enhance the elevated look of the marble. Love!!

Can I buy samples and return them if they are not suitable?Yes - just order your samples as desired and then return any unwanted items to our return address and we'll issue a refund.

Can I have a discount for a large order?We have discounts for new customers signing up to join us. We also have discounts for trade orders and large orders - please visit our trade page or get in touch via our live messenger, email info@handleshopcouture.com

Can I visit a showroom and look at the products?We are online only at the moment, but you are welcome to order samples and then return them for a full refund if they are not suitable. We also have a number of distributors in the UAE and the USA which stock a limited range of our products available for viewing. Please get in touch for further details.

Are knobs and handles sold in pairs?

We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Can I pair products from different collections?

To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. If you have further questions or need assistance in matching, our customer service team is always here to help!

Why are certain items non-returnable?

Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.

Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
