We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). Why are certain items non-returnable?
