Our products are made to order and shipped within 3 - 8 days from your order date. If you require your order to be expedited in both production and shipping please get in touch with our customer service prior to ordering.

We ship to 180+ countries worldwide with standard air shipping. 

Shipping is free over $150 with the exception of long handles & clearance items. Shipping to the rest of the world is flat rate depending on your total order value and items.

Made-to-Order Products

Our made-to-order items are crafted in our workshop in China. Therefore, all made-to-order products are shipped directly from there to your doorstep, regardless of where you are in the world.

In-Stock Item

For items we have readily available in stock, we dispatch these from our Canada/UAE warehouse. These are marked on the listing. 

Import Duties

For customers outside the listed countires, import duties may still apply depending on your country's customs regulations. Here are the thresholds for some popular destinations:

  • USA: Goods value exceeding 800 USD are subject to duties.

  • Canada: Goods value exceeding 20 CAD are subject to duties.
  • European Union (EU): Goods value exceeding 150 EUR are subject to duties.
  • United Kingdom (UK): Goods value exceeding 135 GBP are subject to duties.

  • Australia: Goods value exceeding 1000 AUD are subject to duties.

  • UAE: Goods value exceeding 1000 AED are subject to duties.

These charges aren't included in our prices and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
