We did a kitchen/dining room renovation summer 2025 so I purchased many light switches (2 and 3 gang) and combination switch/outlet in brass and black/brass combinations as well as some white outlets. Definitely put the finishing touch on the spaces and well worth the effort and cost. I worked with my electrician to determine where I needed 3 and 4 way switches (switches located in different areas of the room that went to the same light fixture ) and dimmers. I communicated with Handle Shop regarding those specialty switches by email and they accommodated our needs and quickly provided cost info.
I am located in the USA and am not sure where the products are being shipped from …. So like everything else when doing a renovation, I gave it some extra lead time for delivery (especially with international tariff discussions happening) and I believe some of the products got stuck in customs for longer than normal times. HSC gives tracking info so I could tell my box was sitting in the same location for a while.
I will be ordering more products to upgrade the rest of the switches on the same level - they look amazing, they are unique (at least currently 🙂) and if I am bothering to pick a paint a paint color it is worth it to upgrade the outlets as well.

Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Can I pair products from different collections?
To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. If you have further questions or need assistance in matching, our customer service team is always here to help!
Why are certain items non-returnable?
Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.
Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
Can I customise the handle length?
Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles.
