    Extremely happy

We received our handles and knobs which were packaged extremely well, and love them. Very impressed with the quality, very solid and weighty with a beautiful finish.

The only negative was in the postage which seemed to take awhile and was a bit vague. I had to enquire a few times but I did get prompt feedback.

I would definitely recommend and use again.

    In line with my expectations

Reasonable delivery times. Handles in accordance with the description and photos. Much more interesting price than on other sites.

    Great product

The handles is of good quality and it has weight. Feels solid and expensive looking. The only issue I have is it took more than three weeks to reach me. Apart from the time taken, no complaints

    Silk solid brass handles

Handles are exceptional, exact to the image and sizing, heavy, clean fantastic, I would recommend those handles plus handles shop couture, as now I know the kind of quality of what you see and what you get are one in the same!

    Very pleased!

The order came as pictured, the door pulls are lovely and of great quality. After placing the order I read reviews online accusing the company of delays, poor customer service and suggesting the product wouldn't arrive. In my case, the order was assigned a tracking number approximately a week after the web suggested the order would be shipped, and the shipment began a handful of days afterwards. Despite this delay, once shipped, the order arrived quickly, and no extra customs payments were required. Overall it was a smooth process and the products are great.
