So I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend a lot of money on these handles or not, so I only ordered 2 of them (the cabinet handle and the drawer pull), so that I could determine if I liked them enough to order a lot of them for my bathroom. Had I given this review from that first order, it would be 1 star. I placed the order, and didn't hear anything from them for over a month. I emailed asking the status of my order, received a reply that they would check and get right back to me... a week later, nothing. So I emailed a 2nd time asking again for the status of my order. Again, I received a response (AI-generated I'm sure)n that said they would get right on it and get back to me. A week later, still nothing. So I sent a 3rd email, very mad this time. Never heard back on my 3rd email, but about 5 days after I sent it, I finally received my merchandise. I loved it, and was debating about whether or not I trusted them to send the entire rest of my order... I finally decided to go ahead since I cannot find anywhere else that sells these custom sizes of the pulls. Luckily , this order (which was rather large) was processed more quickly, and I received the entire order within a few weeks. I love this hardware! It gives my bathroom the modern, spa-like feel that I was going for. Seriously in love with these handles & pulls. In case you are wondering, I got the T-shape long cabinet pulls, and the Oscar long cabinet edge pulls (for drawers), both in black. Pictures attached.

Do you offer warranty?
We offer a 5 year warranty on all brass handles, knobs and taps. Everything else falls into our 1 year standard warranty.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Can I pair products from different collections?
To ensure a perfect match in color and finish, we highly recommend selecting products from the same collection. Different collections, even with similar/identical color names, might have slight variations due to the unique manufacturing process each series undergoes and use of different materials (Brass/Aluminium/Stainless Steel). By choosing handles from a single collection, you maintain a consistent and harmonious look throughout your space, enhancing the overall aesthetic and avoiding any unwanted color discrepancies. If you have further questions or need assistance in matching, our customer service team is always here to help!
Why are certain items non-returnable?
Certain items such as our entrance handles, switches & outlets are made to order.
Our additional offerings, including cabinet edge pulls and long cabinet pull handles, are meticulously packaged to guarantee their arrival in pristine condition. Due to the intricate nature of preserving their integrity during transit, we do not accept returns to mitigate the risk of potential damage.
Can I customise the handle length?
Yes! Customisations are available on our edge pulls, long cabinet handles & entrance door handles.
