    Perfect fit!

    First of all, a big thank you to Brian, who continued to pursue this lost shipment. The first delivery company mysteriously lost/canceled my order. I emailed numerous times, and finally the email came that my shipment had gone out via FEDEX. The hardware arrived and is professionally packed for perfect condition. High quality items that I can not wait to use in my new house! To anyone that has had frustrations with shipping - keep at it - it will eventually get resolved. I am eyeing some closet pulls and based on my renewed faith, will definitely order again!

    almost perfect

    Beautiful design and finish. Would have given 5 stars but had a problem making the small towel rail fit tightly as the bolt inside needed to be very tight in order to keep the rail level
