XIOS / Sliding Barn Door Hardware Kit Mechanism

Material: Made from high-quality stainless steel 304.

Surface Finish: Brushed satin, providing an elegant and sleek appearance.

Suitable Door Thickness: Designed for doors with a thickness of 1 3/8" to 1 3/4" (35mm-45mm).

Weight Capacity: The two rollers can bear a maximum weight of 90kgs.

Important Details:

1. Door Height Adjustment: The door height should be measured as the ceiling height minus 9/16" (14mm).

2. Drill Holes: Drill holes on the door panel, with the length between the center hole and the top of the door panel being 1-9/16” (40mm).

3. Ceiling Bracket: The length between the inner center hole of the ceiling bracket and the wall should be 2-3/8” (60mm).

4. Pre-drilled Holes: The track comes with pre-drilled holes for ceiling bracket installation; it is not suitable for 16" stud walls.

Advantages:

- Minimal Gap: This hardware ensures a very small gap between the sliding door and the ceiling.

- Controllable Gap: It also allows for precise control of the gap between the door and the wall.
