- Shipping will occur within 3 - 5 working days from the date of your order, except for custom made order, and entrance handles.

- To initiate a return, please ensure that the item is postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving it.

- For a successful return, please ensure that the item is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
